Our business was established 1983 and we are proud to support the local community to make, create and improve their homes. We have a loyal following of clients who appreciate quality and craftsmanship.

Denise is well-versed in every aspect of interior design but has particular expertise in textiles. She knows her stock inside out and can lead you to the perfect fabric, wallpaper or paint. She’s familiar with different types of local properties and can advise you on what will work and why. Denise has an eye for design and a head for practicalities.

Adrian is an expert in antique and modern upholstery with over 40 years experience. He specialises in complex pattern matching and has worked on pieces in Brighton Pavilion and Preston Manor. He can upholster just about anything – headboards, window seats, lecture theatres etc. Adrian takes huge pride in every aspect of his work.

Alex is our track and pole fitter and very handy man. He supports us with projects that require CAD and any building or structural work. He originally studied furniture and product design and has over 10 years experience working in the design and manufacture industry. He is very talented and we love having him around.

We have a small team of fabulous curtain makers who we have been working with for decades. They do fantastic work behind the scene to produce magnificent curtains and blinds.

Sustainability

Green issues are important to us. We source products from British mills and manufacturers wherever possible. We ensure waste is kept to a minimum, donating offcuts of fabric to local schools and craftspeople. If you move house, we’re more than happy to alter your curtains and blinds. Upholstery is much more sustainable than buying new furniture, potentially avoiding furniture from ever going to landfill. We sell a range of fabrics that are made from 100% recycled materials.
